We do not support a full e-commerce site, that is, you cannot order directly through this web site; you can order by email , mail or phone. Or you can see us at most of the major orienteering meets in the northeast part of the US. There you can get the right size for shoes or gaiters, or see the way a thumb compass feels on your hand.

We allow a 2% discount for cash payment, or prepayment by check; each item
will show both the credit price and the cash price.

Massachusetts residents must include 6.25% sales tax on non-clothing items.
Payment: Visa, Master Card, and Discover accepted. Payment by check or money
order payable to SM & L Berman Co. Institutional purchase orders accepted,
but must include shipping charges-NO FOB-destination orders accepted.
SHIPPING: We normally ship by USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail; contact us for other arrangements. Foreign orders must contact us for shipping quote. Except for items that have specific postage listed, shipping charges are based on order: up to $50.00 - $6.50; $50.01-$100.00 - $9.00; $100.01-$200.00 - $12.00; $200.01-$300.00 - $15.50; $300.01-$400.00 - $19.00; over $400.00 - $23.00.
Items listed under "INEXPENSIVE GAMES", if ordered separately, incur shipping cost of only $1.50 per game per order. One game would cost the price plus $1.50, two would be the prices plus $3.00, etc. For orders of four or more of these items, or combining these items with other items from the catalog, use normal shipping charges.
MAP CASES: Because these are very heavy, shipping will be based on actual cost.
